Bizarre encounter on golf course yesterday


Approaching the 16th green and two guys from grounds crew point to a fox nosing around in deep bunker on the back side of the green. Tell us to be careful. We chip/putt, finishing off the hole, all the while keeping an eye on this fox just wandering in and around that bunker area.

As we get back to the carts one of the grounds crew says "don't be surprised if you hear a loud bang in a minute". Sure enough we get to the next tee and hear a single "bang". I guess no more fox.
