Precedence has been set. Lying under oath is not perjury if you are a Clinton. If it only depends on what the definition of the word is is....then imagine the doublespeak that can be used here. The typical Clinton answer to a lie is to claim they didn't violate a different law and ignore the one they did. And their media pals just lap it up.
