Bowlsby: "It's about time we made some decisions on expansion."

I loved this profound statement:

“Assertions that expansion is a foregone conclusion are certainly not accurate. Equally inaccurate is there’s absolutely no way we would expand.”

That certainly cleared it up for me. Anyway, they have another Big XII meeting on July 19.
