Re: And an error ALREADY on a bunt gives ND lead.


1- Second baseman was late covering first (mostly because the bunt was more of a bunt for a hit than a traditional sacrifice).

2- The catcher left the plate to cover third, which is a common rotation when the third baseman fields the bunt. The third baseman should have continued on to the plate after the throw if that play was on.
NO ONE COVERED HOME with a rabbit on the bases.
