I also wonder what the typical donor profile/lifespan looks like?


Dont know how long the HC has been around, but it would be my impression that those who graduated in the 70s were the major supporters who really built the program. Those who graduated in the 70's are now pushing 65+ years old and are on more of a fixed income.

What is the plan to take care of these guys on the way towards less annual giving but who has accumulated a significant amount of total giving? A real Hokie ambassasdor...not just some donk with a lot of cash

Right now it looks like the HC is taking what they can get and kicking you to the curb....thanks for the cash, have a good retirement sorry you dont agree with what we are doing. "I dont have an answer that is going to make you feel better" is the response we have seen.
