Actually wake is part of the acc team working on the network

ACC and the network team, (AD from wake, Duke and BC) are leading the effort.with the ACC Commissioner. You will find after this works out that wake has been very helpful.... They provide value in other ways.

Also, this working group being all private don't have the challenge of following the freedom of information act, so they represent the acc and negotiate without the threat of request for access. They just report and there is no written report sent to the other members.
