I've answered it by stating an actual weakness, but then describing how


I've gone about improving it going forward. I'll also say something along the lines that nobody is perfect, so it's important to be cognizant of areas where you can improve so you can proactively prevent yourself from becoming a liability to the company. That type of answer (with a little more detail and examples) has yielded positive feedback in prior job interviews.
