Caps have played pretty well in this series, but the difference seems to be


you don't get as many penalties in the playoff's, and they, and Ovie, scored a lot of goals on the PP during the reg. season. The D has been a little lax because they cant play the same way they did in the reg season with a lead of 1-2 goals all the time, take chances on D to force things to go their way and invoke their will on the other team. Instead playoff opponents seem to make them play their way.
Just my 2 cents with my limited hockey knowledge.
