Family restaurant in RIC recommendation...


S.O. wants to go out for birthday dinner with the family. Looking for something different to take everyone, avoiding chains if possible (Red Lobster is RIGHT OUT!). Kids are 7-13, older ones will eat just about anything, youngest eats nothing. Just want it to be somewhat family friendly.

Anyone got a recommendation? Not going to specify any cuisine, just want to see what folks recommend for the family.
