May - August can be an expensive time to be looking for short-term housing


around here. In the winter months you can get cheap monthly rates at Beach hotels/efficiencies, but those all but dry up during tourist season.

I would say look at the website linked below and if you see something interesting, come back and ask about it and we'll let you know whether it's a dive.
