VaBeach to Blacksburg route, re: Sunday Richmond race day traffic?


If you were driving from Virginia Beach to Blacksburg on Sunday, and expected to hit Richmond around noon, what route would you take to avoid getting caught in race day traffic (green flag at Richmond is a little after 1pm, Sunday).
