In Budapest, go to the Matyas Templom (Matthias Church), the Halaszbastya


(Fisherman's Bastion), and the Citadel. The first two are just about right next to each other. All are on the west bank of the Danube, in what used to be Buda. Speaking of the Danube, I went on a dinner cruise when I was there in 2000, boarding from the east bank (which used to be Pest.)
