No excuse for that abuse.


She needs to be stripped of her teaching certification and barred from ever coming in contact with children again.

No doubt, she was stoked to respond with violence, BUT there are better ways to handle such provocations.

I find it interesting that she is 63 years old with only 3 years with that school division. That's very odd in my profession. While there is no official age discrimination, school divisions almost always hire less expensive teachers, aka young teachers. It's very odd for a school division to hire an older teacher.
