On that subject, what is your favorite local/regional brewery?


Lately it has been Yee-Haw Brewing in Johnson City, TN. They make a great Scottish Ale that is a nice change up from the overly hopped ales coming out of most breweries. They have an awesome taco shop next door as well.
Wolf Hills Brewing is within walking distance of my house but their head brewer left in the Fall and their quality has slipped, IMO.
