IF,SOS was within the 20s,probably good enough.But,I have always
though,need an RPI under 40 to be safe.The last 2 yrs.VT has been
among last 4 teams selected.

Here's the record as of selection day for last 4 yrs.
2015-34-21-RPI 43-SOS 42
2014-35-21-RPI 48-SOS 52
2013-35-19-RPI 38-SOS 51
2012-40-19-RPI 29-SOS 32
