Can ACC go elsewhere if espn says no?


I thought that was what the $45m was for. espn does an ACCN, or pays us $45m in lieu of not doing an ACCN.

I don't think the ACC can take it's marbles and go elsewhere in search of a ACCN if espn refuses.
