The Raycom/rights argument is a bit of a red herring, imo. it assumes

that only less desirable content is to be shown on the league network

ESPN controls more than enough content to prop up a league channel. The question for them is how best to distribute that content for the maximum profit.

The issue for the ACC is to get market value for its product and get comparable telecasts for its non-rev sports
