VT opens 8th with a single, double, single


scoring one run and leaving runners on first and third with no outs. Next 2 batters promptly strikeout. Next batter walks and then a popout to end the inning. Only scored 1 run in what looked to be a very promising inning, but strikeouts doom you everytime. VT has now struck out 16 times in 8 innings (as you can tell, strikeouts really chap my butt....along with walks).
