Question about Auto Bids for 165 and 197 weight classes ....

ACC has 5 allocations for 165 lbs and 197 lbs but they only wrestle to 3rd and 4th place. How is the 5th place wrestler determined? If McFadden and Peppelman go 0-2, how do they determine who gets the 5th ACC slot at 165? Seeding? NCAA ranking?
