SV making moves on moving day. Finished up his 2nd round earlier this morn

with a birdie and a bogey. But followed that up with a 6-under 66 to move 3 back of the leader in T4. His 66 was tied with a handful of others for the low round on the day. The Eye of Africa PGA Championship wraps up tomorrow.
