Los Angeles hospital held hostage by hackers. Staff at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center won't get access to their computers until someone pays a $3.4 million ransom for the code to unlock them. They've been relying on paper documentation, phones, and faxes for more than a week.

I wonder how they got in and what kind of protection the hospital had to try and prevent something like this
