Inside Cincinnati's Bid to Join the Big XII

A little over a week ago, the Cincinnati Enquirer was complaining about being stonewalled about information from the University of Cincinnati about its efforts to reach out to the Big XII about joining.

Here is the article after they received the documents from the University. It looks like President Ono has been working hard on it. We gathered that from all the selfies he was posting with other Big XII Presidents on Twitter.
