one way of calculating this would be to use the max possible bonus points per win. If wrestler A had 10 wins for the season, he had max possible bonus points of 30. If that wrestler had 3 pins, 2 major decision wins and 5 regular decisions he had 11 bonus points. His bonus point % would be 11/30 = 37%.

If the max bonus for each tournament win is 2 points then wrestler A would get 2 * .37 = .74 bonus points for each tournament win.
