I think this is a fascinating question for Babcock.


Team is greatly improved from last year. If it was DW's first or second season, you would probably offer him an extension. But.....


I said from the start that an "outsider" couldn't recruit in the WBB world. The man simply had zero connections (OK, he knew Boo Williams), and you have to know people. Even worse, most of the WBB world desperately wanted him to fail because he was an outsider who got a good job -- heaven forbid that become a trend around the country!

DW has actually done better than I thought he could do.

I wouldn't fault Babcock for firing DW or keeping him. It's a toss up in my mind.
