as for payout? who knows? it could be structured so many ways, and the fact that it is taking this long tells me we won't be following the SEC model (100% ESPN ownership with profit sharing). I think ACC wants something closer to the B1G model where ownership is shared. I'm sure ESPN isn't totally opposed to that since it would means sharing startup and production costs, but it also means giving up 100% control of rights they currently own and potentially less of the profit should it do very well, so the negotiation is dragging on in an effort to get it "right" for both sides.
