I do not follow. The ball hit the top of the fence and bounced back in

instead of out. It was definitely not a HR. The umps missed the call, and apparently it is not reviewable. Missouri complained. The umps looked at something and said HR. Maybe they checked for fan interference or something like that. The telecast displayed rules on what is reviewable, and the announcers said they could not overturn the HR with replay given what happened (meaning just botching the call).
