I won $8K in Vegas in 2005


Well, I hit an $8K jackpot on the first day of a four day trip. By the end of the trip I was up about $5500.

Abut half of that went to debt reduction, the rest went to a big screen projection HD TV, at a time when HD was pretty new (I was the first person among my friends to get HD). Of course two years later I could have had an equivalent TV for under $1000, and it lasted less than 10 years.
