No kidding, I went ballistic with Firestone overcharging me


an hour and a half of labor, times two, to replace headlamp bulbs, when just a day earlier, I was at one of those jiffy lube kind of places, and watch the kid take the bulb out, check to see if they had it in stock, they didn't, and put it back in, in 5 minutes.

They gave me "the book" argument. I used the "fraud" argument.

I got two new tires out of it just for being an ass.
