1) will VT break through enough to land post players who are both skilled and physical?

Not likely, there are usually only 5 or so of those and unless it was a misevaluation by lots of programs, those players arent choosing VT

2) will VT break through enough to meet the expectation you listed?

Yes, thats feasible
