Lot more goes into it than just

"Finding someone". Yesthere are a ton of kids out there but, are they good fits for CMYare they good kids for the team chemistry, are they good students, could they qualify to get in, is the kid a quality human being? And, after ALL that, guess what.if they ARE all those things, you got a lot of other teams who are looking at them, who need what they bring to the table who are getting bigger NIL deals to persuade them.
