merry go round stops. As has been thoroughly thrashed out, Liberty has a nationwide alumni base further strengthened by religious affiliation. Enrollment just under 50K with lots of younger grads spread out all over the country.

I've linked an article from the Virginian Pilot 2017 which speaks to the comparative strength of the young Liberty Athletic Depart.
The University has a one billion endowment and in the middle teens they were spending more than ODU and JMU on sports.
