low pitchers, slightly outside pitches, and inside pitches a combination of balls and strikes. It could be she is trying to figure out what is a ball and a strike. Because yesterday's ump called low pitcher strikes, allowed the pitches to nibble on the outside edges...but then would be inconsistent.
