Took the truck in for maintenance today.

The rather large woman ahead of me at the service desk is visibly upset and loud about something. Service guy keeeps telling her they can’t test drive her car to see what’s wrong because the drivers seatbelt doesn’t work and they can’t have a service tech drive the care with an inoperable seat belt. She keeps telling them it works and is much more comfortable now. He doesn’t budge. She finally storms off screaming and yelling.

When I get to the service guy next he apologizes. Says the women had extended her seat belt and duct taped it to the dashboard below the rear view mirror. I bet it probably was more comfortable that way.
