Yes it is magnetic. It is not "a magnet" but here's a rare earth magnet


chunk I have from Kollmorgen Industrial Drives in Radford (from the 1970s-80s), attracted to the space rock. It is magnetic on this side but not on the reverse, concave side. My belief that it fell from the heavens is base on the opinion of the science museum guy I showed it to, the place where I found it and how it fell, and the magnetic aspect.
