We only had an 8 player rotation last season.


Pedulla had no experience coming into the season, and Maddox and DNG had only scant PT in the Covid year. We didn’t know what to expect from them. So, not a lot of known depth going into last season, and for a while, almost felt like a 5 man team with CMY’s reluctance to use the bench. Then as the season progressed, we topped out with the 8 player rotation, fortunately got some particularly good results with Pedulla in his first year and our 2 second year players came through with good minutes.

I agree we will fill the 4&5 with experienced guys, and assuming Rice plays, as we all expect, we can project at least 7 in next season’s rotation coming out of the gate, 1 short of last season. But depending on how some of our new players develop, i.e., Collins, Camden, Buchanan perhaps, could be an opportunity some of those guys may jump in as the season progresses and push our rotation higher.
