I do think there is another part character

You know Penn State players and recruits want to go to nittany valley and not jump from idea to idea. 'its the PSU way;'.... I think VT is ALSO recruiting a 'type ' of player that even before great, wants to come to VT.........Some guys, might not be VT sort of guys. (That's where the coaching relationships coming in..... coaches will lead 'their guys' to places where they have the best opportunity to succeed... Some programs, who dont have that mentoring, well it is what it is..
