Bolen has 184 locked up. Even though he will likely only go half the time during the season, they will not burn TJ shirt for that so someone else will fill in...Kibe etc. And I doubt you are going to ask someone unattached suck a bunch of weight (he came in at 200)....it is more important to gain strength and technique through hard practices...which doesn't happen when you are starving.
So we will not know whether TJ will try 184 or go 197 until October 2023....and a lot can happen between now and then.
