in I think it Wisconsin. Had his bicycle on the rack on the back of his car. Got pulled over by a cop and was given a ticket because the view of his license plate was partially obstructed. I have never heard of this before. That could likely apply to hundreds of thousands of cyclists around the country. It certainly applies to me. My plate isn't completely blocked but it is to an extent. Hope this doesn't become a thing. Anyone ever encounter this?
