If she was blocking the plate as she made the tag then she was blocking the

plate before she got the ball because once she received the ball the only movement she made was to make the tag, she did not have time to move to block the plate after receiving the ball. I really don;t like the obstruction rule but if you are going to have it then it certainly appeared to be obstruction.
