It is just a non-profit


It apparently exists to give free "philanthropic work" performed by ND athletes to charities, but it isn't a charity itself. I assume it will fund appearances and the like that benefit the charities. But the athletes will get the money, and, from the description, they even get to pick the charities they are funded to support.
