If they're doing 60, IMHO would've done the P-4, but neither ESPN or Fox


is paying the big bucks except to the SEC and B1G. So if we are going to the P-2 either in the next couple of years or in 10 years, then I think it is so they don't have to pay as many at the higher level. Actions speak louder than words. So my guess is still 48.

I too don't think that Vandy or Northwestern will get kicked out. As far as the schools in and left out, IMHO is that you have a good list, but ESPN or Fox will only want one Oklahoma and one from Arizona school IMHO. So I could see Oklahoma State staying in the B12 and probably one Arizona school going to the B12. (they will sill have access to playoff, but likely half the money coming in) So to me that puts Cal back in (something Stanford will want badly IMHO, and that area is gigantic in population) and potentially a WVU, that has many fans in the DMV area, even if their state doesn't retain a lot of their graduates. They also have SEC passion like Virginia Tech, which is important to ESPN and the SEC. Their match ups with the SEC schools would pull fans and ratings, just like Virginia Tech.
