Everyone should be required to bring back twice as much crap as they

bring up. That should get it under control, at least. Wish we could come up with something here in the Keys. I want a $20 toll up by the mainland with 100% of the proceeds going toward reef restoration and trash collection. But I'm a dreamer. Even if that were put in place, idiots would just trash the place more to justify "getting their money's worth". People absolutely suck. Nowhere is safe.
