Take a look at recent games, eg, Texas, Bahl hops, leaps and lands outside

the pitcher's circle closer to the batters. But umps not calling illegal pitches. She has so much arm and body movements and distractions before the windup and also after the pitch delivery. We'll see if the umps will call them during playoffs, because her illegal pitches are obvious, more so than most pitchers.
