I didn't even remember that the Cleveland Indians were now the Guardians.

While watching softball last night, the ESPN Bottom Line came up with a "WOW!" category, and I'm thinking "Is this some new league? What does 'WOW' stand for? Wrestling of some sort? Why would ESPN care?"

Then within 'WOW' it says Cleveland Guardians Ramirez has 2 grand slams already.

So I'm thinking "Grand Slam is a baseball term. But who the hell are the Cleveland Guardians? Is there some new competitor for MLB? Does Cleveland have a minor league franchise as well as the Indians? Girl's baseball?" Pause....pause....or...."Wait, did the Indians finally change their name?"

Off to google and confirmed.
