Neither of those called strikes on Trull were anywhere near the plate.

Pitches in that exact spot had been called balls (for both sides) all night. Now the “hometown hero” comes in and the zone expands by a foot?? Wow.

And the guy called them late. Never a good sign. Thinking about it.
