Well, she throws one BUT . . . It's not good. Easily read and too . . .


greater difference between it and her other pitches. Both pitches resulting in base runners were changes. It appears she throws it in the mid 50's. That's 15 mph off her routine pitch. See the UT pitcher. She's throwing around 64 with her change @ 57. That's about what you want.
