Find a good “ functional neurosurgeon” for an evaluation. They are

doing amazing things with motion disorders and diagnoses such as yours. My son is just finishing a fellowship specializing in that and will be teaching and doing research at Lehigh starting this summer. Wake and Duke both have good programs with that. Don’t know of others or quality of other programs. Prayers and best wishes for you. Life throws some curveballs.
