Ay chihuahua! Just spoke with a neighbor a few homes down the street


who put his house on the market 7 days ago. Like almost all the homes in this community, his 4BR 4Ba home is not quite 5 years old. He paid $408K for it. Before 3 hours had elapsed the first morning he had three offers, topping out at $695K. He told his realtor to wait 24 hours. 23 hours later he got his final offer: $705K.

Breaking news: we’re next. Plans have been well underway for 2 months. Film at 11.
