park at the Vet school and eat before coming over to the softball field. People saving seat everywhere so I looked for @VTChip and found him to say hello from a couple of rows down and introduce him to Mrs. SCHokie1103. It was great to finally meet you Chip and put a face with the name. We had to go outside the park to try and watch the game but we just couldn’t see much and finally went over to Lane stadium. We left at halftime to go home and as we started walking by the softball stadium I looked down and saw Keely and she was kind enough to stop and sign one of the softball posters I picked up with her on it and some other players. She was very gracious and kind to do that and my wife and I really appreciated it. Then on the way home we stopped for the first time at Fatback soul shack and had dinner. It was outstanding and the food was reasonably priced and good size portions that I appreciated being a big man at 6’2” and 230lb. If you have never been there check it out. We will for sure go back. Anyway. Great day and weather in Blacksburg other than being a little windy. Hope to be able to go back and actually be able to set in the softball stadium to catch the Hokies!!!! Come on Whit. We need more seats. Hundreds of people standing outside to want to see the Hokies play and you could hardly get a glimpse. We can do better than that. My wife and I would pay to watch them play. Especially if we could set down and actually see the game.
