Why is pointing out a .250 batting average this year disrespect?

It is factual information that should bring some question marks when you have depth. Doesn't mean she is a bum or is being disrespected. It means she will be held to a standard that other players are as well. Geez, someone can make observations about a player's performance without it being disrespect.
